ABOUT VIVIAN

With over 10 years of experience in the criminal justice field, Vivian has dedicated her career to guiding individuals through rehabilitation. She is passionate about meeting her clients where they are in their journey, whether they are overcoming specific challenges, navigating transitions, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. Vivian fosters a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

In addition to her professional journey, Vivian’s roles as a wife, mother, and daughter provide her with an empathetic perspective on the pressures and expectations that often accompany these responsibilities. Her personal journey provides her with valuable insights into family dynamics, the challenges of parenting, and the unspoken demands of being a partner and a caregiver. By acknowledging the internal conflicts and feelings of guilt that arise from these daily pressures, Vivian empowers her clients to achieve balance, reclaim joy, and establish healthier boundaries.

Vivian welcomes clients from all walks of life and is committed to cultivating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected. She understands the importance of cultural sensitivity and integrates this awareness into her practice. Vivian applies a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness techniques, and person-centred therapy. By adapting her therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of her clients, Vivian empowers clients to uncover their strengths and develop healthy coping strategies that foster resilience.
