With over a decade of experience, Laura has provided guidance and support to individuals, co-parents and families navigating conflict by cultivating healthy communication patterns. Laura is known for her warmth and natural ability to connect and has supported individuals with
relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, grief, loss, and depression.
Laura approaches therapy collaboratively, grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth. Laura honours the strengths that each person brings by tailoring her therapeutic methods to each client’s unique needs.
Laura enjoys running and cycling. She has been expanding her language skills and speaks Cantonese and Spanish conversationally. Her diverse interests contribute to her holistic approach to well-being and deepen her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
